Hera is a woven pattern that features a crossover bodice, flutter sleeves, bound armscye, elastic waist casing, neckline facing, and semi circle peplum (reducing bulk at the waist).  There is also a full length sleeve available in the Wardrobe by Me Pattern Support Group.

It includes eleven sizes from 0-20/30-50, layers, trim-less pages, print format letter, A4 and A0. The instructions are fully illustrated.
It is best when made with light and flowy fabrics.  The pattern recommends cotton, viscose, silk, polyester, or a blend.  This is a mystery fabric from a local store called Fabrictopia.  I am pretty sure it is a rayon challis, but it was in the "bargain silky fabrics" pile, so I can't confirm it's true content.  It can also be made with jersey, but it needs to be light and flowy too and you will need to size down.

This shirt is so comfortable in the Texas heat.  It is also super easy to fit.  On this version I decided to try on the bodice and crossover the  sides to get the coverage I wanted.  As a result I had to gather the peplum a tiny bit because I had crossed them over more than the pattern was drafted for.  It was a simple change and I would do it again to avoid having to wear a camisole, because it is just too hot here for two layers.  You can also tack the desired crossover point, as instructed in the PDF.

This pattern is so easy to fit, because it is very loose and airy.  You can cinch the waist as little or as much as you like with the elastic. It is also super cute with a belt, as you will see in my hacked version I'll post on Friday.  There are some really pretty hacks that other testers created.
